This policy outlines how fine art print orders are produced, packaged, and delivered from Adam Piotr Kossowski Fine Art Prints, based in Cape Town, South Africa. All prints are shipped either directly from the studio or, for larger formats, through a trusted professional print provider.

At present, shop.adamkossowski.com is the only official online store for Adam Piotr Kossowski Fine Art Photography.

For 2025, shipping is available within South Africa only. International orders will be introduced during the 2026 expansion.

2. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS POLICY

This store offers Signature Editions and Collector Editions of fine art prints.
All prints are sold unframed.

The preferred paper stock for all prints is Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta, although equivalent archival-grade, museum-quality papers may be used when appropriate.

Open Editions are not sold through this store.

3. PRODUCTION TIME

• Please allow up to 10 business days for production prior to dispatch.
• A4 to A3+ prints are produced in the Cape Town studio.
• A2, A1, and A0 prints are currently outsourced to a professional fine art print provider.
• Some complex or oversized orders may require additional time. If this applies to your order, you will be informed.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.

This store uses BobGo as the courier management platform. BobGo sources delivery services from multiple reputable couriers, and the courier selected for your order depends on availability, destination, and the safest handling method for fine art prints.

Courier partners may include:

• Internet Express
• DHL Express
• FedEx
• SkyNet
• RAM
• or another trusted courier available through BobGo

Delivery estimates exclude public holidays, system delays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

International shipping is not yet available and will be added in 2026.

5. DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)

• South Africa: 2–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, or other external circumstances.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

• Collector Editions: Free shipping within South Africa
• Signature Editions: Standard flat-rate shipping based on print size; final pricing is displayed at checkout in ZAR

Shipping rates reflect the specialist, archival-safe packaging required for fine art prints.

7. PACKAGING

All prints are packaged to ensure safe arrival.

• A4 to A3+ prints ship flat in archival sleeves with protective reinforcement.
• A2 and larger prints may ship flat or rolled depending on the safest packaging method for the specific print size and courier requirements.

Every order includes a signed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity.

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International shipping is not currently available.

9. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.

Each print is made to order and shipped in archival safe packaging. Production takes up to 10 working days, followed by courier delivery with full tracking.

All payments are processed in ZAR through trusted providers. Most international cards are accepted, and all card details are fully encrypted for safety.

Direct From The Artist

Every print is personally inspected and approved by Adam Kossowski before shipping. Signature and Collector Editions include a hand signed, embossed Certificate of Authenticity.
